Reservation/Cancellation Policy
In order to keep our cost to you as low as possible and maintain fairness, reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive your deposit of $300/person.
- The balance payment is due 6 weeks prior to sailing.
- If balance payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to resell your cabin.
- All cancellations will be subject to a $25/person booking fee.
- Cancellations received within 6 weeks of the sailing date will be refunded only if we are able to fill your space.
Because of life's uncertainties we highly recommend that passengers purchase trip cancellation insurance. This affordable insurance is available through AAA to members and non-members alike.
We will do our best to honor cabin requests. We reserve the right to make last minute changes in order to best accommodate as many guests as possible. As you dream about your palatial accommodations keep in mind that this is a windjammer and not an ocean liner. It's like camping in style, without the ants and leaky tent. Join us with this spirit of adventure in mind.
