We're unable to process an exchange, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the items are still available) and send in your return separately.

Due to sanitary reasons, kitchenware (coffee mug, water bottle) are non-returnable.

How to Process a Return

Simply email us at (info@maryday.com) with "Return Request" in the subject line.

Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.

We will send you an email confirming your request.

Once your return has been approved and the item being returned received, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment minus a $5 return fee.
