    We offer returns within 14 days from when your order is received. The return fee is $5.

    Exchanges

    • We're unable to process an exchange, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the items are still available) and send in your return separately.

    Return Exceptions

    • Due to sanitary reasons, kitchenware (coffee mug, water bottle) are non-returnable.

    How to Process a Return

    • Simply email us at (info@maryday.com) with "Return Request" in the subject line.
    • Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.
    • We will send you an email confirming your request.
    • Once your return has been approved and the item being returned received, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment minus a $5 return fee.

    The customer is responsible for shipping rates on all returned items.
