- We're unable to process an exchange, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the items are still available) and send in your return separately.
Return Exceptions
- Due to sanitary reasons, kitchenware (coffee mug, water bottle) are non-returnable.
How to Process a Return
- Simply email us at (info@maryday.com) with "Return Request" in the subject line.
- Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.
- We will send you an email confirming your request.
- Once your return has been approved and the item being returned received, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment minus a $5 return fee.
